Frasilie is a graduate of Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law and earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Care Management from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. As a law student, she completed an externship for The Honorable L. Priscilla Hall, Associate Justice, Appellate Division: Second Judicial Department and Magistrate Judge A. Kathleen Tomlinson of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Prior to attending law school, Frasilie worked as a Compliance Officer Trainee at the Department of Veteran Affairs Palo Alto Health Care System in California. She is a member of the New York City Bar Association and the American College of Healthcare Executives.
